Acoustic Adhesive

Our range of adhesives for recommended use with our products. Although these adhesives may not directly contribute to the soundproofing performance of the system they may be used to avoid problems. For example, improper adhesion on a floor could lead to bowing which will affect a soundproofing system’s performance.

  • Mapei vs90 plus adhesive

    • For: homes, workplaces, industrial developments, and specialist audio environments.
    • Compliance: Compliant with both Part E Building Regulations (England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland).*
    • Installation: to be used with all over screed adhesive applications please see our ‘Install’ tab below.
    • Where: creating an even bed of adhesive from 3mm to 1.5mm, this is achieved by angling the trowel at 45 degrees
